There is a perfect route for everyone at Empire State Ride Long Island. Our three routes pass through many villages and hamlets in and around the Town of Oyster Bay and Long Island’s famous Gold Coast. Choose the route that best fits your ride day experience and skill level.

This beautiful waterfront will provide the perfect backdrop for the inaugural Empire State Ride Long Island.

10 Mile route

Ride along the shoreline to Bayville and Centre Island with your family and friends.

Suggested fundraising: $250 adult; $75 youth

25 Mile route

More challenging route explores the scenic rolling hills past Bayville through Locust Valley, Glen Cove and Old Brookville. (Not ideal for families with children.)

Recreational cyclists

Metric century ride through Glen Cove, Sea Cliff, Roslyn Harbor to Port Washington to Roosevelt’s home at Sagamore Hill. (Not ideal for families with children.)
